Batching

Batching: According to the material system, dry powder and binder are mixed with certain stirring parameters and time. After the slurry is prepared, check the viscosity and solid content of the slurry

Coating

Coating: The negative electrode substrate is copper foil, and the positive electrode substrate is aluminum foil. The well-stirred slurry is coated on the foil as positive and negative electrodes, and then the diluent is evaporated and dried in an oven.

Roll pressing

Roll pressing: According to the process requirements, the coated coil is pressed in a certain compaction ratio to smooth the floating powder on the surface.

Slitting

Slitting: According to the length requirements of different models and certain specifications, the rolled materials after roll pressing are divided into small rolls.

Sheet Making

Sheet Making: Weld tabs on the positive and negative electrode sheets, and apply adhesive tape for insulation at the welded tab positions.

Winding

Winding: Pass the positive and negative sheets through a separator and wind them together according to process requirements to form a rolled core.

Encapsulation

Encapsulation: Seal the wound roll core with the shell punched according to the specification and model, leaving one opening on the side.

Baking

Baking: Use a vacuum oven to repeatedly replace dry gas at the reserved side seal of the encapsulated battery to dry the internal moisture

ElectrolyteInjection

Electrolyte Injection: Pass the baked battery through the transition chamber into the electrolyte injection glove box (with a dew point below -35°C), inject the electrolyte through the reserved side seal, and then seal the opening.

Formation

Formation: Activate the battery injected with electrolyte by charging to make it charged. For cylindrical batteries, formation is carried out using fixtures; for prismatic batteries, pressure formation is performed using pressure formation cabinets

Secondary Sealing

Secondary Sealing: For cylindrical batteries, automatic feeding is carried out by fixtures; for prismatic batteries, turntable equipment is used to extract and seal the residual gas after formation.

pack

Cylindrical PACK: The feeding machine is used to detect voltage and internal resistance, fold tabs, and stick red and black tapes. Prismatic Battery: The process of detecting voltage and internal resistance according to certain requirements and sticking top and side tapes.
